Information about  "Black Light" Adult Art Night

7:00 pm - 10:00ish  pm (Artists begin at 7:30pm)

Feel free to bring your adult beverages and munchies. 

We will have plates, napkins and some disposable cups (and a bag of ice), but if you want to bring anything nicer (wine glass, platter for food) make sure you bring it home when the night is over. 

Food is often shared, but bring your own drinks– 21 and over of course.

Remember- this is more of an experience- your art, clothes, and drinks can look cool under these lights!  Drinks- Bring whatever you want BUT Tonic water, some sodas, and most energy drinks (things with quinine and vitamin B) tend to glow under these lights.

Come Anytime!  Many people ask about the schedule, so here is an outline of the evening.

7:00pm -7:30pm: Arrival- put food on table- hang out/put up bags and coats

7:30pm: Artists will explain the interactive stations. Lights OUT and event begins. 

Over 21 only please.

What is appropriate attire?  Whatever you want (casual is what most wear), but you will be having an interactive experience and things may get on your clothing (bubbles, make up, paint)Lots of clothing glows in the dark- neon shirts and white look really great-

What does the art look like? Remember– this is more of an experience- your art looks cool under these lights (and with drinks in your system) but may not look fabulous in the light.  

What kind of music is played? Play list of music- Tends to vary- if you have a fun play list, bring it and we can plug it in.  We will range from Pink Floyd to disco- and most things in between (but we will try to grab the KID tracks and remove them as they play) 

Where do we park? Please park in front of the building under the sign and walk around the corner to the new entrance.
