Camp Late Pick-Up Policy
Full-day camp at the
ZONE! runs from 8:30 am until 5:00 pm. Early Morning Care runs from 8:00 am - 8:30 am and must be pre-paid by the week. Extended Care runs FROM 5:00 pm until 6:00 pm and must be pre-paid by the week.
Morning, afternoon and extended care staffing is pre-planned to accommodate
camp attendance ratios. Early Morming care and Extended care only occurs on the weeks
that campers have pre-registered.
Please CALL the studio number given to you for emergencies if anything happens or you find yourself running late.
If a child remains in attendance after their scheduled pick up time, the following steps will be taken:

If a child remains in attendance after their scheduled pick up time, the following steps will be taken:
- A staff member will attempt to contact the parent(s) and/or
other person(s) authorized to care for the child as indicated on the medical
release form filed at the ZONE! for each camper.
- Late pick-ups will be charged $1 for each minute the camper
remains at the program after 5:15 pm for regular camp and 6:15 pm
for extended care. . We do understand that things do happen.
