Cancellation and Refund Policy
Classes and programs are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. No student's space will be held without full payment of all class fees unless special arrangements have been made with the ZONE administrative staff. Please notify the ZONE administrative staff before the start of a class or program, and ideally on the registration and payment form, of any special needs including food allergies, so that we will make every effort to accommodate your child.
Please Note: If your child has been discovered to have lice, you must keep them your child at home until you have received a doctor's note indicting they are clear of infestation. For the safety of all the children at camp, we must take all precautions to prevent the spread of lice. No refunds will be given for missed camp dates due to lice (or similar infestations), or other illness.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Class/Event Refund Policy (one or two hour sessions, single or multi-week):
To receive a refund (minus 20% of the class/event) from a class, parents must notify the administrative office 30 days before the start of the class or before the class is listed as "full" and registration is closed on the website (whichever event comes first). When a class is listed as "full", the administration turns away other interested students.
If you withdraw your child from a class/event within 10-29 days before the first class you will receive a 50% refund.
If you withdraw your child from a class/event with less than ten days notification, there is no refund.
Program Refund Policy ("No-School" or similar day-long programs, single-days or full week):
To withdraw from a program, parents must notify the administrative office 30 days before the first day of the program session; you will receive a full refund -- minus $100 cancellation fee, for a week program, or $35 for a single-day program.
If you withdraw your child from a program within 15-29 days before start of the program you will receive a 50% refund.
If you withdraw your child from a class/event with less than 15 days notification, there is no refund.
If transfer to another program is approved, there will be a 25% transfer fee.
Parties and private events are non-refundable unless 6 weeks notice before day of the event.
If transfer to another date for the event is approved, there will be a 25% transfer fee.
All refund or other requests must come by via the contact form below. Refunds can average two weeks to process.
