For Summer 2023, we have a separate spaces for 5-6 year old students, 6-7 year old students, and for 8-12 year old students. Each group will have their own teachers, lessons, and personal space in order to make sure children are safe, creative and happy. The ratio will remain no higher than 10-to-1.
For ages 5-6, we will work in small groups with centers of crafts, movement, story-time, art, free play, and outdoor time. For ages 6-7, we will work on arts and crafts, free play, and outdoor time -- projects will be super fun and fairly detailed. For ages 8-12, instructors incorporate more detailed art and learning lessons into the day. Projects will be engaging and complex, but less craft-oriented to work on improving skills and art techniques. Lessons and projects specific to their skills and abilities. |
